HOW TO ENTER LTA TOURNAMENT

- All entries are made online via the LTA Competition Management System (CMS)
- Players need an account which allocates a British Tennis Membership (BTM) number to use the system - ways to obtain or check your BTM - as below.
- Please ensure your email address, mobile number and county show correctly as this is essential for effective tournament organising.

- Find yours by entering your name in the search box found here: https://competitions.lta.org.uk/find/player

- Login to your LTA account using your Username and Password
- Ensure your email address registered on your account is up to date and correct as this is the address used for all tournament communication
- PLEASE ensure your (UK) mobile phone number is included on the mobile field - this allows the Referee to contact you on the day where necessary. Help us to help you play.
- Proceed to step 3 - Find the competition and enter

SEARCH & ENTER
- Search for a competition (comprehensive links below) and enter
- If you know the tournament code - e.g. BUC-24-0001 (include the hyphens)- put it in the search box and click search this will bring up the specific tournament and once logged in you can simply click the green "online entry" button and make your entry
- Alternatively, click the blue button below for a full list of upcoming competitions and make your online entries
- If you click the "Favourite" for a competition it will send you reminder emails so you don't miss a deadline - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for all upcoming tournaments
- Make your online entry by paying the entry fee
- DOUBLES tournaments - remember to name your doubles partner and include their BTM before checkout.
- The Tournament Organiser cannot contact prospective players or give out player details as per Data Protection legislation. Players are responsible for finding their own doubles partners and entering online before the closing deadline. Players without named partners will appear on the reserve list.
- REMEMBER EACH PLAYER IN A TEAM NEEDS TO ENTER on the Competition Management System and pay the entry fee
- Paid online entries show up on the online entries list for the specific tournament and event(s) entered.

ONLINE ENTRIES LIST
- DOUBLES: for a competition where 8 teams have entered the online entries list should show "Online entries (16)" with each player's name and their partner name as a separate entry line, along with date and time entry fee was recorded by the system
- SINGLES: for a competition where 16 players have entered the online entries list should show "Online entries (16)" with each player's name as a separate entry line, along with date and time entry fee was recorded by the system
CHECK AND MONITOR
- To check you are on the online entries list (i) find the competition (ii) click the events tab, (iii) click the blue event name e.g. OPEN MD and it will show the entries list
- Grade 5 (G5) Tournaments acceptance is by date and time of entry (first come, first served) and you can check this on the date of entry column alongside each entry
- After the closing deadline the acceptance and reserve lists are published - check back to monitor your status in the competition
