  • Grade 4 Junior & Adult Tournaments - ACCEPTANCE IS BY RATING AND RANKING
  • Grade 4 Mini-tennis  Tournaments -  ACCEPTANCE IS BY RATING AND RECENT FORM
  • Grade 5 Mini-, Junior & Adult Tournaments - ACCEPTANCE IS BY DATE/TIME OF ENTRY  - FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. (New for Winter 2019!!!) Be the first to enter - not the last!!!

  • Simply click on the blue link button below the venue you would like to view
  • A list of events at that venue will open in a new page, giving you the opportunity to log in then enter as many of the events in just one "add to basket" click (per event) as desired
  • List are programmed to auto-update from the LTA thus give the most reliable and up to date event list possible - enjoy!

How to change what type of events are listed

  • Each list is set to show ALL Boys events (Grade 3, 4, 5 & 6) at the venue selected.
  • If you would like to view Girls, Men's, or Mini-tennis events - simply click the relevant button on the top of the list - see yellow arrow on above image for example. 
  • New events are added DURING the season so do check frequently, for example events for December may be added in during the last week of November and so on...

  • Proven reliability
  • Willingness to learn & develop skills
  • Up to date DBS from LTA
  • LTA License - Court supervisor; Referee R5 or higher
  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong tech skills and/or desire to build & improve knowledge of TTP 
  • Strong knowledge of the Rules of Tennis and LTA Rules & Regulations

British Tennis - Different Grades of Competition

What is a Grade 6 event?

  • Grade 6s are MATCHPLAYS
  • Acceptance is based on Rating and Date/Time of entry
  • Good for players rated Green 2, Green 3 and Green 4
  • Great for Junior players wanting to play against players of a similar level (see also Kerri's junior Matchplays section).
  • build experience
  • low pressure
  • fun tennis supportive environment
  • LIMITED SPACES available per rating (typically 4-8, must be even number)
  • Advice: EARLY ENTRY RECOMMENDED - be the first with your rating to enter not the last!!!
  • Advice: for your best chance to play STAY ON THE RESERVE LIST PAST THE WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE, reserves not called upon to play are always refunded inline with LTA Regulations (within 72 hours of event being completed).
  • LATE ENTRIES - PLEASE EMAIL

What is a Grade 5 event?

  • LOCAL/COUNTY LEVEL competition
  • Acceptance is based on TIME/DATE OF ENTRY - first come, first served!!! (New for Winter 2019).
  • Great for players rated Green 1 and Green 2.
  • These events are in high demand and often have long reserve lists.
  • Great for strong performance Junior players in 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U.
  • Frequently over-subscribed with long list of reserves.
  • attracts players from the local area
  • players tend to travel up to 1 hour to access these events (40 miles+).
  • Advice: for your best chance to play STAY ON THE RESERVE LIST PAST THE WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE, reserves not called upon to play are always refunded inline with LTA Regulations (within 72 hours of event being completed).
  • LATE ENTRIES - MAYBE POSSIBLE

What is a Grade 4 event?

  • COUNTY LEVEL competition
  • Acceptance is based on Rating and Recent Form for Mini-tennis or 
  • Rating & Ranking for Junior/Open Tennis.
  • Great for mini-tennis players rated Green 1* and Green 1.
  • Great for strong performance Junior players in 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U.
  • Frequently over-subscribed with long list of reserves.
  • attracts many of the strongest players in the region.
  • players tend to travel a fair distance (e.g. up to 60 miles+) often up to 2 hours of travelling time to access these events.
  • Advice: for your best chance to play STAY ON THE RESERVE LIST PAST THE WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE, reserves not called upon to play are always refunded inline with LTA Regulations (within 72 hours of event being completed).
  • LATE ENTRIES - VERY UNLIKELY
